Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between Arlette Cundrič s.p., here in after referred to as: the organizer, and the client, here in after referred to as: the guest. The trips / activities / overnight stays offered include the services and facilities explicitly described in the offers and publications of the organizer. The stated travel time is indicated in whole days, whereby the days of arrival and departure are counted as a whole day. Prices quoted are per person, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Confirmation of the booking
After booking the trip, the organizer will send a booking confirmation, together with a down payment invoice. Acceptance of the booking confirmation means that you have taken note of and agree to the stated conditions. We will send you a copy of the terms and conditions at your request.
A 30% deposit must be paid immediately after booking, the down payment amount to be paid is stated on the booking confirmation / invoice. The remainder of the travel sum must be credited to the organizer's account no later than 6 weeks before departure.
The guest can cancel the booked trip free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the trip. Cancellation must be done in writing. In this case, the deposit will be refunded to the guest within 7 days.
The organizer is under no circumstances liable for damage and / or costs incurred by the guest as a result of non-conformity, in so far as the non-conformity is due to:
A The guest;
B Third parties who are not directly involved in the execution of the booking and the non-conformity could not be foreseen or prevented;
C Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
The guest is therefore not entitled to compensation in this respect. The organizer is not liable for damage to the guest or his belongings that is covered by insurance, such as health, travel or cancellation insurance. The organizer accepts no liability for any omissions and / or changes by the service providers involved in the performance of their services, nor for the correctness of information provided by the service providers.
The organizer has the right to (partially) unilaterally change the program insofar as it concerns non-radical changes that arise due to unforeseen circumstances. The guest is clearly informed of this.
The organizer can, in case of force majeure, including unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, cancel the booking before the start of the trip and refund the guest all amounts paid for the trip without owing any compensation. The guest will be notified of the cancellation within the period specified in these conditions, but no later than:
- 20 days before the start of the trip for a trip of 6 days or more.
- 7 days before the start of the trip for a trip of 2 to 6 days.
The guest must ensure that he has a valid passport or ID card with him at all times. The guest must behave as a reasonably acting guest and is obliged to follow all instructions to promote the proper execution of the trip of the organizer and the service providers. In case of non-compliance with instructions or in the event that a guest causes nuisance, the organizer or the service provider has the right, after having first given a clear warning, to partially or completely deny the guest further participation in the trip / activity. In such a case, the guest is not entitled to a refund of money. Further costs resulting from this are for the account and risk of the guest.
Insofar as necessary in the context of the implementation of the travel agreement, we pass on your data to the service provider (s). If you do not appreciate this, you can inform us, but we are not liable if those services cannot be performed or cannot be performed correctly due to the lack of this information.
